Dr. Boxiao Liang received a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2013. He then pursued a career in dentistry by attending New York University, College of Dentistry, graduating this year, 2020. He started working for Harmony Dental in July. Dr. Liang is licensed to practice Dentistry in the state of Texas. When he has free time, Dr. Liang enjoys watching and playing sports, particularly basketball. Dr. Liang grew up in the Houston area and is a huge Houston Rockets fan.
Dr. Pham achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Texas Health and Science Center in 1997. After graduation, he began his postgraduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio and at the Texas Medical Center from 1997 to 2001. In 2005, he was accepted into medical school in Tampa/Bradenton, Florida and matriculated until the completion of his medical degree in 2009.
Once he was finished with medical school, Dr. Pham’s next stage of life took him to a traditional general surgery internship, followed by a neurological surgical residency under Dr. Javed Siddiqi, the program director at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in San Bernardino, CA. During this residency, Dr. Pham rotated through several affiliated hospitals, including Riverside Community Hospital, Desert Community Hospital, Kaiser Permanente of Fontana, Loma Linda Medical Center, and Redland Community Hospital. In 2011, he chose to leave his neurosurgery residency and return to Houston, where he could private and start raising a family.
As for continuing education, Dr. Pham has completed several advanced courses in dental implants at the University of Texas Health Science Center and the Misch Implant Institute. He’s also finished the Piko and Salaman Advanced Bone Grafting course and the Zimmer Fully Stimulated Comprehensive Implant Placement Course.

Dr. Thao Vo received his Dental Degree from New York University, College of Dentistry, in 2004 and graduated in the top 10% of his class (Omicron Kappa Upsilon Award). He has a passion for continuing education and technological advancements being made in the field of dentistry which are available to all his patients. In addition, he has completed orthodontic training which allows him to provide comprehensive care. Dr. Vo has built his reputation on getting to know his patients, carefully listening to their concerns and then explaining in detail what procedures would be best for their needs.
“Quality of care and communication is key, and I want my patients to feel comfortable and relaxed,” says Dr. Vo. “I had the opportunity to build this practice from scratch, which allowed to create an ideal environment to provide the best patient experience.”
On a personal level, Dr. Vo enjoys listening to music, dancing, traveling and spending time with his family and friends. He is happily married to Miss Tiffany Vo and they are blessed with three beautiful, spirited children and are reminded daily that parenthood is a much harder job than pulling teeth!

Jeffrey Chen RDH, BSDH graduated from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston (UTHealth) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2012. He has accumulated clinical experiences while working with patients at The University of Texas as well as at rotations to Antoine Harris County Public Health Clinic, Fort Bend Dental Clinic, Houston Medical Center Pediatric Dentistry Clinic, and the Veterans Affairs Dental Clinic and is very experienced with treating patients of all ages. During his stay at UTSD, he assumed a variety of extra-curricular roles including class treasurer, member of the school’s technology committee, and member of the Dental Hygiene Liaison Council. He received the Greater Houston Dental Hygienists’ Society award for Outstanding Professional Leadership and the Johnson & Johnson Excellence in Dental Hygiene Award. He strives to deliver the best care possible to his patients using all his experience and knowledge.
